Since I was a young girl, I’ve loved the dance of composition, color, light, and lines. I took an Introduction to Architecture class in 4th grade, and for the next year, traded in typical 8-year-old activities to draw countless home designs (Shoutout to my mom for graciously displaying all of them on our fridge.) I was hooked.
I picked up a camera my junior year of high school and fell in love with bringing to form what already was. As C.S. Lewis says in The Weight of Glory, “The books or the music in which we thought the beauty was located will betray us if we trust to them; it was not in them, it only came through them, and what came through them was longing.”
Through grace alone, I hope to be a partaker in bringing longing— for Someone much, much greater— through my photos and my words. Thanks for taking a look!
